This Data, in particular back-ups and Data relating to assistance activities, is hosted by a subcontractor in Switzerland.
Capezzana processes Data only in a manner compatible with the purpose for which it was collected.
To the extent necessary for these purposes, Capezzana takes reasonable steps to ensure that the Data is accurate, complete, current and otherwise reliable for its intended use.
- HOW LONG DOES CAPEZZANA KEEP THE DATA?
Capezzana retains Data only for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and to fulfil Capezzana’s legal obligations.
To establish how long it will keep the Data, Capezzana applies the following criteria:
– for the services of Capezzana, Capezzana retains the Data for the duration of the services or the service contract;
– if cookies are placed on your computer, Capezzana only keeps the Data for the time necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected (for example, for one session for registration cookies or session identification cookies).
Capezzana may retain Data to fulfil Capezzana’s legal or regulatory obligations, and to enable Capezzana to exercise its rights (for example to bring an action in any court) or for statistical or historical purposes.
When Capezzana no longer needs to use or retain the Data, Capezzana will delete it from its systems and files or anonymise it so that you can no longer be identified.
